We offer you:

• A salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Childcare, scale 6. Depending on your experience, your salary will be between €2489 and €3421 gross per month based on 36 hours per week.
• 8% vacation pay.
• 3% year-end bonus.

Your Work:

When you become our colleague you will join a large and close-knit team. Within this BSO location there are no less than 5 groups, making Vrom and Tom one of our largest BSO locations within Kinderopvang Huizen. Both horizontal and vertical age groups operate within this location. This gives you the opportunity to work with the age group that best suits your knowledge and expertise.

Your colleagues at BSO Vrom and Tom have now established a close working relationship with Basisschool de Springplank. Through this partnership, we get to use several of the school’s facilities, such as the schoolyard and gymnasium.

From school you will pick up the children from school with a colleague; the Gocab can be used for this purpose. After the children are picked up from school the group has something to eat and drink, then it is time for activities. Within this location every staff member can use his/her talents by organizing, for example, plays with the children, making crafts for the home or a sports & games activity in the schoolyard, nothing is too crazy.

Do you have this?

• You are a “Team-player” and delight in working within a large team where every day is different.
• You are an engaged, enthusiastic staff member with a love for children ages 4 to 12.
• You have an MBO working and thinking level and hold a diploma as a Pedagogical Assistant.
• As a Pedagogical Assistant you have a 3F level Dutch or are willing to get one.
• You have good communication skills both oral and written.
• You can work together like no other and are collegial.
