• A salary in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Childcare, scale 6. Depending on your experience, your salary will be between €2489 and €3421 gross per month based on 36 hours per week.
• 8% vacation pay.
• 3% year-end bonus.

Your Work:

BSO de Brug is a small-scale BSO located in the van der Brugghenschool in Huizen. After school, the children can move from the school room to the BSO room. The BSO is divided into two groups that are designed for the children’s experiences.You will work in a small and close-knit team where sociability and cooperation are paramount.

In addition to working with your colleagues, there is close collaboration with school. We get to use various facilities within the building such as the gymnasium, kitchen and tech tower, complete with a workbench and all available tools! You can show all your qualities here within the team and ‘out of the box’ thinking is highly valued here.

Within Child Care Foundation Huizen, we offer activities. These are offered based on themes such as; Nature &Technology, Sports & Games, Art & Culture and Theater & Music. And you get to help think about how we can bring these themes to life in new and fun ways that allow children’s qualities to be discovered and developed.

Do you have this?

• You are a “team player” and are happy working within a small and close-knit team.
• You are an engaged, enthusiastic staff member with a love for children ages 6.5 to 12.
• You have an MBO working and thinking level and hold a diploma as a Pedagogical Assistant.
• As a Pedagogical Assistant you have a 3F level Dutch or are willing to get one.
• You have good communication skills both oral and written.
• You have pedagogical knowledge related to the target group worked with within this location.
