On Jan. 1, 2022, Stichting Kinderopvang Huizen formally merged with De BELhamels BV.
All locations of The BELhamels are now fully and formally under Kinderopvang Huizen.
By April 1, 2021, the acquisition had already taken place. Recent months have been working toward this formal merger.
All clients have now received a contract from Stichting Kinderopvang Huizen, and staff members have also been fully welcomed into the new organization.
With this merger, Kinderopvang Huizen strengthened its position as a regional child care organization.
