We are proud to present our 2018 Executive Report. A year in which enthusiasm, commitment, flexibility and development prevailed. A year of significant changes, but also continued growth.
This executive report provides an overview of all the spearheads and activities of last year. Consider the introduction of the Innovation Act Quality Childcare and the General Data Protection Regulation Act. The ongoing development of our activity offerings for the bso’s and restyling of some locations. Engagement and connection with our customers has been further deepened through the Customer Satisfaction Survey, customer panel and group discussions at the bso. Internally, we have been working on an organizational structure change and drafting a new policy for Assessment and Development.
