Dutch children are the happiest, according to UNICEF research on child well-being in the world’s 41 most prosperous countries. The Netherlands shares first place with Denmark and Norway. “That’s very nice, but let’s not forget the children with whom things are not going well in the Netherlands,” said Suzanne Laszlo, UNICEF Netherlands director.
